ANHS Wellness Center - Aliso Niguel High School PTSA

The Wellness & Prevention Center (WPC) is designed to provide a safe place for students to discuss struggles, stresses and conflict while working on solutions. Since teens spend the majority of their days in school, we are on campuses throughout South Orange County, providing educational events on substance abuse and counseling services to make the greatest impact on their lives.

ANHS Theatre for a discussion with our middle and high school principals about supporting the social emotional health of our teens!
The Wellness & Prevention Center will lead and moderate this event.
Topics will include:
• How to encourage wellness
• Healthy social media use
• How to ask for professional mental health support
?• Healthy transitions between middle and high school
Parents and students should plan to attend this informative evening!
Spanish interpretation will be provided
