2007 PTSA Scholarship
Information and Application Forms

The Aliso Niguel High PTSA maintains a scholarship fund to acknowledge deserving seniors in the areas of academics, community service and personal achievements, with an emphasis on community service.  Scholarships are solely funded through donations from the ANHS community received in the Fall.  Last year, $8,900 was available for student scholarships.  Each spring, scholarships are awarded to be used for expenses at four-year colleges and universities (college scholarships) as well as community college or trade school expenses (vocational scholarships).

All seniors who are PTSA members and have met certain minimum academic requirements are invited to apply for one of these scholarships.  (You may join the PTSA at any time for the sum of $5.00.)  To qualify for an academic scholarship, you must have maintained a 3.25 grade point average and have a combined SAT score of at least 1500 under the new SAT or have an ACT score of 23 or higher.  To qualify for a vocational scholarship, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.0.  SAT or ACT scores are not prerequisites for those students seeking vocational scholarships.

Forms are due to the Guidance Office on later than
Wednesday, April 18, 2007
